To help your piece last beautifully, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and skincare products. We recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or exercising.

When you're not wearing it, store it in the pouch provided to help protect it from air and oxidation.

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. This is normal and can usually be reduced with gentle polishing using a soft jewelry cloth.

Natural stones may vary slightly in shape, colour, and texture. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

 

Production & shipping

Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping.

We currently ship within Canada only. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

 

Returns

As each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted at this time.

Please contact us if your piece arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order. We'll do our best to help and find a fair solution.

To help us assist you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if relevant.
